    Hello!
I hope your week is off to a great start! I just wanted to reach out about the upcoming Lolipop Records Adventure Tour taking over Plush on September 28th.

This LA-grown collection of talent combines the psychedelic vibe of the West Coast with power pop and post-punk. Mr. Elevator & The Brain Hotel, Froth, Corners, and Wyatt Blair each present distinct sounds that meld into a collective night of music not to be missed.
Check out the links below, and please contact me for coverage and interviews!

    Cheers,
    Amber

     Mr.Elevator & the Brain Hotel
    http://mrelevatorthebrainhotel.bandcamp.com/
Born in the foam of the Pacific, and incubated in
Echo Park, this mesmerizing group blends
poetic songwriting with mind-melting vintage Hammond
organ-based psych rock. Their 2013 album,
Nico & Her Psychedelic Subconscious has become
an underground favorite. Mr Elevator is pure pleasure.

    Froth
    http://froth.bandcamp.com/
Founded in 2012, this band of Echo Park artists weaves melodic shoegaze with surf pop, and jangly twelve-string guitar. Thanks to their obvious musical talent, Froth has set themselves apart, and quickly become a favorite among LA music lovers in the know.

    Corners
    http://corners.bandcamp.com/music
The bad kids of Lolipop Records, Corners exudes rock star power.
With their hook-filled, fuzzy rock, and singer Tracy Bryant’s hypnotic voice,
this is a band to be reckoned with. Keep an eye on Corners.

    Wyatt Blair
    http://wyattblair.bandcamp.com/releases
Mr. Wyatt Blair is a man with talent, and an excellent sense of humor. His intelligence and irrepressible spirit shine through in catchy power pop that’s impossible not to love. Equal parts garage band, classic punk, and glam rock, Wyatt’s songs demand you nod your head, tap your feet, and scream “Hell, yeah!”

Edisun performing at The Mad Magician, October 21, 2014, Doors at 7:00pm

Few rock bands on their second record can claim as many miles as Edisun have traveled on tour; they were the first original rock band to perform for US Armed Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, and they toured China earlier this year. Their music is a mix of rock and alternative with a classic sound, like “Pearl Jam meets Led Zeppelin.” Their current single “Refugees” is now playing on alternative and internet radio internationally.

  11. Kate Tucker + the Sons of Sweden Return to STL 5/21 at Heavy Anchor w/Earl Burrows (of The Shins)
    “Sharp-edged dream pop.” – Esquire

“High-octane indie rock” – The Current

“Cardigans-meets-Beach House ethereal pop” – Star Tribune

“Kate Tucker has the kind of charm and charisma onstage that seasoned performers dream of. On top of that she’s got a powerful voice that’s as bittersweet as it it is silky smooth. ” – Seattle Times

Seattle-born, Nashville-based Kate Tucker and the Sons of Sweden bring their high-octane indie rock back to STL May 21 at The Heavy Anchor. If you didn’t catch them on their US tour last year, you may have heard their dream-pop single “Blue Hotel” on KDHX. Joining them on the bill are Nashville glam rockers Earl Burrows, whose frontman, Mark Watrous, is best known for his role as guitarist in The Shins and formerly The Raconteurs.

KT+SOS raised over $21,000 via crowdfunding in what Huffington Post called “a highly ambitious Kickstarter project” to record and release a full length album on vinyl and CD, working with 10 filmmakers to create a music video and short film for each song. You can watch the official video for “Blue Hotel” on Esquire and check out their visual album, The Shape The Color The Feel on YouTube. Videos and films continue to premiere this spring, along with a feature documentary Tucker is producing on collaboration in the arts.

  12. Real life stories drive David G Smith’s songs and this was proven true this year when a video for “Doesn’t Take Much Light,” off of One House was picked up by Scouting Magazine’s blog and provided David with a new audience of Scouting fans. The song is a true story about Ernest J Lutes who was a scoutmaster to his co-writer, Dean Madonia.

MICHIGAN ROOTS DUO ‘RED TAIL RING’ FEATURED AT THE FOCAL POINT SEPTEMBER 11TH

On Friday, September 11th, Michigan-based roots duo Red Tail Ring will perform at The Focal Point (2720 Sutton Blvd). The concert begins at 8 pm, and tickets are a $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Laurel Premo and Michael Beauchamp, of Red Tail Ring, share a raw blend of original folk music and interpretations of old ballads and dance tunes from the southeast mountains.

Whether rendering a traditional tune or one of their original compositions, Red Tail Ring infuses each song with musical imagination, haunting harmonies and instrumental artistry on fiddle, guitar, banjo, mandolin, jawharp and plain-old foot stomping. Since 2009, Red Tail Ring has released three albums, and traveled increasingly farther in their musical ramblings – performing throughout the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast, as well as touring in Denmark and Germany. When they’re off the road, Laurel and Michael enjoy playing for community square dances when in their hometown of Kalamazoo, MI.

Hunter Valentine’s fierce power-rock music and intoxicating live performances have made the all-female lineup unrivaled. At the band’s core are guitar-heavy, rhythmic drum beats and husky vocals. Hunter Valentine’s lyrical depth, exhilarating performances and unrelenting attitude lead the band to tour with punk rockers Sum 41 and perform with Cyndi Lauper. Their undeniable aptitude for confident, raucous rock ‘n’ roll earned Hunter Valentine a devoted fan base, which have followed them through four full-length studio albums and two hit reality television shows: The Real L Word and Make or Break: The Linda Perry Project. With founding members Kiyomi Mccluskey and Laura Petracca, and touring members Leanne Bowes and Lisa Bianco, they will embark on their So Long For Now Tour giving fans one last taste of Hunter Valentine’s gritty and edgy music.

I hope this finds you well. William Clark Green will be headlining Off Broadway in St. Louis on Thursday, May 19. I wanted to see about the possibility of including the show in your calendar listings. William has new music coming soon so keep an eye out for your copy of the new record.

    About William Clark Green
William Clark Green burst onto the national scene in 2015 with his critically acclaimed album RINGLING ROAD, earning praise from Rolling Stone, American Songwriter, Country Weekly and No Depression. The indie touring sensation regularly sells over 2,000 hard tickets in multiple major markets, and is growing from 500 seat venues to 1,000 seat venues in a dozen additional markets. This Spring/Summer Green will headline his first national tour packing out venues in: NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, Connecticut, Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbia, St. Louis, Denver, Montana, Memphis and Kansas City among numerous other cities. Green wrote or co-wrote each of the eleven tracks on RINGLING ROAD, approaching long-standing singer-songwriter traditions of love and heartache with a fresh perspective. His clever lyrics combined with weatherworn, smoky vocals tell a story with a sense of restrained vulnerability one minute then are fueled with a fiery swagger the next. His electrifying live shows coupled with guy next-door charm have made Green a hot ticket on the road, and a favorite among fans and critics.
